All rent plus The State of Maine Sales and Use Tax, and security deposit.

Homeowner requests no pets and no smoking please.

This rustic little cottage is located on the eastern shore of Northeast Harbor.  Originally built to be used as a boathouse, hence the name and the charm.  Spend time on the deck where the water at high tide nearly laps your toes.  

The Boathouse has the shared use of a heated swimming pool.

FIRST FLOOR:

The open floor plan of the first floor room with kitchen, living room and dining room with harbor views

The Waterside of this room is mostly windows providing an ever-changing view of the entire harbor

Beyond this room there is a bedroom with a trundle bed, and a bathroom with shower

SECOND FLOOR:

The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a twin bed

Bathroom with a tub/shower

Laundry room with washer and dryer
